Sentar is currently seeking all levels of SIGINT Geospatial Analysts to support a newly awarded government contract. Responsibilities include:
Leveraging skills, knowledge, and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets. Accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers. Developing end-product SIGINT-derived GIS reports. Performing analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interes. Analyzing SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks. Performing sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques. Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph Years of experience by level: 3+ years (level 1) 8+ years (level 2) 12+ years (level 3) 20+ years (level 4)
The ability to geolocate specific targets across multiple communications methods and display in ArcGIS (or other appropriate Agency tools if ArcGIS is replaced). Experience with working with others to publish geolocational data in formal reporting. An understanding of SIGINT collection. An understanding of internet protocols, internet routing, and of at least one communications technology (e.g. GSM, CDMS, Thurya, etc.).
The ability to discover new targets based on geographic patterns or changing communications patterns in the data. The ability to independently process and develop SIGINT Geospatial information across DNI and DNR disciplines, recognizing the convergence of circuit based and packet based telephony, and the increased emphasis on development of internet based tasking and targeting. Experience performing quality control on reporting and/or geospatial products for accuracy, readability, and relevance. Advanced ArcGIS user. Experience reviewing scripts/traffic that reference locational data and performing the necessary steps to locate targets/persons of interest. Comfortable with frequent changes in priority or focus and the ability to adapt quickly. Experience initiating new locational searches depending on ever changing mission environment.
